I'm Kashia (pronounced kaye-shah) Spalding, Creative Director and Founder of FifthHouse, a Nashville creative studio specializing in brand identity and fractional creative services. I spent over a decade inside organizations like HCA Healthcare, Ticketmaster, and Amedisys, doing work that had stakeholder scrutiny, legal review, HIPAA compliance, and budget consequences if it missed.
What those years taught me is this: consistently getting great creative is harder than it should be. Not because good talent doesn't exist, but because without the right person owning the vision, even good work won't hold together.
