THE CHALLENGE

Ticketmaster's annual Sports Summit needed an event identity that worked for three audiences at once: corporate brand standards, professional sports clients, and San Diego as the host city.

The logo had to work across digital, print, and large-format environmental design. Multiple teams (event planning, content, executive stakeholders) were operating in silos. Various deliverables were being produced by external vendors. The event needed someone to ensure brand accuracy, manage large-format printing, troubleshoot vendor issues, and provide on-site presentation support during the actual event.

Designed a logo that referenced Ticketmaster's core branding while layering in sports-driven visual language, bold geometry, and coastal elements from San Diego.

Built for flexibility across signage, screens, merchandise, and digital platforms.

Coordination

Created a centralized system to track deliverables, gather approvals, and keep timelines visible across siloed teams.

Worked directly with print vendors on specs, materials, and brand color consistency for large-format pieces.

Event Support

On-site during the event for technical rehearsals and presentation logistics. When a keynote deck broke hours before the main session, rebuilt it behind the scenes to keep everything on schedule.

Caught last-minute visual gaps and worked with event staff to ensure the attendee experience felt cohesive and complete.
