Project Overview

Print Collateral for an Evolving Brand

Client: Ticketmaster
Type: Print Collateral Design + Production Oversight

Open magazine with a two-page spread. The left page features a congratulatory message and a photo of a smiling man in a suit. The right page shows a portrait of a woman with brown hair wearing a denim shirt, with event details and text on both pages.

THE CHALLENGE

Ticketmaster was mid-way through a multi-year brand refresh. The new brand existed only as digital examples. No print guidelines. No CMYK specs. No Pantone values. No layout standards for print.

Internal teams needed printed ads, B2B event signage, and internal documentation that aligned with the emerging brand direction without an actual print system to work from.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Printed ads for industry publications

  • B2B event signage and posters

  • Internal documentation and collateral

  • Color translation from digital to print Production oversight and vendor coordination

The Work

Digital signage in a modern lobby displays welcome message for 2024 Collegiate Ticketing Conference with logo, date, and graphic elements, surrounded by large windows and green plants.

Event Signage

Large-format posters and wayfinding for B2B events and conferences.

Print Ads

Industry publication ads built from digital brand elements with no formal print guidelines.

Open magazine spread with a congratulatory message for Marla Ostroff and a photo of her on the right page, and a picture of a man on the left page.

Marketing Collateral

Event promotion materials bridging digital brand standards to print production.

Flyer for Ticketmaster featuring a colorful concert scene with stage lights and an audience, with bold title text about live event tools.
Illustration of a hand holding a smartphone with speech bubbles indicating texting and messaging, with one hand showing a thumbs-up

Impact

Created print-ready files that matched brand direction without formal specifications. Translated digital hex values to CMYK builds and tested across paper stocks to ensure color accuracy. Coordinated with vendors to ensure smooth production and reliable results.

The work bridged the gap between an unfinished brand system and immediate print needs, allowing marketing teams to move forward during the transition.
