Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

Campaign creative, collateral, and the day-to-day work that has to stay on brand.

Marketing materials are everything a brand produces after the identity is finished: presentations, reports, brochures, ads, social and display assets, signage, and the campaign creative that ties them together. It is the highest-volume design work most organizations do and the least supervised. The conference deck is due Tuesday, the one-pager needs six sizes by Thursday, and the annual report has to look like it came from the same organization as the website.

None of it is hard on its own. All of it at once, with nobody senior checking it, is how a brand comes apart.

That gap is the real problem. Volume gets handed to whoever is free, each person interprets the guidelines slightly differently, and eighteen months later nothing quite matches. It rarely fails loudly. It just gets a little further off each time.

Everything here goes through the same review before it reaches you, against your guidelines rather than ours. You never have to be the one who catches the wrong blue.

We also work inside brand systems we did not build, which is most of this work. If you already have a brand identity, the job is executing inside it accurately enough that nobody can tell where your in-house work stops and ours starts. When a piece needs art nobody else can license, illustration and custom lettering is drawn rather than bought. Tools got cheaper and easier for everyone, which is why so much of it looks alike now.

Quick Answers

Can you work inside our existing brand guidelines?

Working inside an existing brand system is most of what this service does. Executing accurately inside someone else's guidelines is a different skill from designing the system, and it is the one this work is built around.

How much does graphic design cost?

Individual assets are quoted per piece and campaign sets are quoted as a package, because a one-pager and a twelve-piece launch are not the same job. You get a written quote with fixed pricing and a delivery window, usually within a few days. If the volume is steady, a retainer is usually cheaper than quoting each request separately.

What is the turnaround on a single asset?

Standard turnaround is three to five business days, depending on complexity and how many rounds it needs. Larger campaign sets run one to two weeks.

Do you handle print production?

Print production is included: press-ready files, spec checks, and coordination with your printer, so what arrives matches what was approved.

We have design software and a junior on staff. Why hire out?

Tools got cheaper and easier, which is why so much marketing material looks the same now. The bigger issue is that designer is not one job. Everyone in this field wears a different set of hats, so no two are alike: someone strong at social layouts may never have built a press-ready file, and someone great at print may not know how a deck behaves on a projector. What you are buying here is vetted experience across all of it and the review that catches drift before it ships, so what goes out is both beautiful and correct.

What if we need this every month?

Steady volume is usually better handled on a creative retainer than as a series of quotes. Capacity gets reserved, requests go into a scheduled queue, and you stop scoping the same kind of work over and over.
