The Challenge:The Mission Outgrew the Materials

FlameLily Foundation was heading into 2026 with major fundraising initiatives and community events planned, and brand materials that weren't ready to support them. They needed to go from scrappy startup to credible, scalable nonprofit without losing the community-driven approach that made people care in the first place.

  • DIY branding that didn't reflect the scale of the mission

  • Positioning that got lost in a crowded nonprofit field

  • Inconsistent materials and messaging

  • No cohesive way to present their work to donors and sponsors

  • No digital infrastructure to track performance or engage supporters

The Approach:Everything They Need to Make the Ask

We built it in three parts, each one designed for the foundation's team to run on their own.

Delivered across the engagement:

  • Logo refinement and brand guidelines

  • Fundraising collateral: brochure, flyer, business cards, and annual report

  • Canva templates for social media and events

  • Branded presentation deck for sponsorships

  • Website information architecture and UX design

  • SEO and Google Analytics setup

  • Brand voice guidelines and messaging templates

  • Digital campaign and event frameworks

The Results:From Scrappy to Credible

FlameLily went into 2026 with a complete brand system, a fundraising toolkit ready for sponsor conversations, and voice guidelines that gave the team confidence to communicate consistently. More important, they have the templates and frameworks to stay consistent as they grow, without stalling on every creative decision.

Client feedback

The brand foundation they built gives us the credibility we need to compete for major funding while staying true to our community-driven mission.
